After I download it, i go to settings, general, then to network, once i am there, there is no "enable tethering option, just "VPN" and "wi-fi"

I followed this but i clicked on United Kingdom and it doesn't show 'Orange Contract'. Only shows O2 and T-Mobile. HELP??

I did that and it worked great but after i updated my phone and restarted it i couldnt find the on off switch in Network.. Plz help
