First, there is nothing free about this solo. It's a speed solo, for sure. Second, this is recreated footage. If you're trying to ascend a route as fast as possible, a cameraman will just slow you down and get in the way. But yes, Dean Potter is still an amazing climber and athlete. I wonder how long it will be before he craters, though.
