I'm putting up a series of Fig 8 jump tutorials (see rest of my uploads) so I thought I'd put a quick tutorial up on how to do the Fig 8 itself. The majority of people find that this comes naturally especially if you've done poi/staff before but some people have a real mental block with it so I have broken it down in this tutorial.
A couple of variations (turning your body and underarm) are also explained that are useful to try out before you try the jumps.
