@jeffhanson1 Nah Jeff. Can't use a standard Garden hose. :(

Interesting that some website are listing this as a Hoover Nomad or Dirt Devil Nomad. I wonder why? Also where did you get parts like hoses and nozzles from? The Nomad website doesn't list parts for sale.

@TonyStone3000 Can you use a standard garden hose nozzle in the Nomad instead?
-
I had a green one. The nozzle and hose connectors are very, very, very, delicate. If you manage to pull off the nozzle without pressing the ring (it isn't hard to do and requires very little pressure). The Nozzle is toast. I'm on my third nozzle and second hose. The unit does a very good job. They just designed to Nozzle and hose connectors very, very, very poorly.

nice clean nice video
I fill my Nomad with a 2.5 gallon jug of distilled water. With that I rinse a 4 door sedan twice..prerinse, then soap, then final rinse.

it was unable to remove a wet leaf from the front of my van, and was unable to remove dried on bits of leaf from the wheel well, it did not have enough power to remove a spiders web from the side mirror.

How far away were you and what spray pattern was your nozzle set to and how charged was your battery? IMO, if you've got a leaf or object you can remove by hand, then don't use the Nomad. Same with the mirrors, why use a hammer to kill an ant???

90 psi which is plenty for washing paint (typ residential hose has a max rating of 140psi). For very dirty cars, the local car wash is better. But the people that would use this unit wouldn't be those that let their cars get to the point of needing to use a car wash. I can wash a dirty Nissan Murano with 4 gallons or a MINI without refilling and still have water to spare. For those that don't have the option i.e.apartment dweller, living in a water rationed area, etc. I don't see your point.
