the relay is needed for the high low bulbs only h4 bulbs

@AccentTuner2000 Relay is to protect your vehicle's wiring harness, nothing to do with ballasts.

dude most cars dont even need a relay, i say the relay is just a waste of money, unless your ballasts are really crappy and then thats when you need a relay for the H.I.D.'s

You can use a reflector headlamp. That guy is just saying that they aren't meant to be used with HID bulbs. Projector type housings will give you better light focus. Reflector type housings tend to not aim the light as well, so you aren't getting the most out of the lights, and you can end up shooting light at oncoming traffic.

Your an idiot. High pressure electrical wires?? I was never aware that there was pressure in a electrical system. To bad you cant afford real HIDs so you have to use this ebay china junk.

@alaindesforges I say upgrade becuase he has a 0 gauge hot wire for an amp, that battery he's using will not hold a charge soon by the draw. I should have mentioned that :)

@Jx1x3 No need to upgrade the battery. HID's actually draw about 25% less power than regular lights.
