I'm sorry but I have seen the show and to be frank it is more ironic then a pee take towered Christianity and also at the start of act two whn they are in he'll there is a sign saying this may be inappropriate without a firm grasp on Christian mythology sorry but take the warning and many Christians have used this show as a form to air there opinions fair enough but when u start disrespecting a writer by forcing ur opinions thats when they should stop!!

that's a very confrontational way to look at it. i think the idea that there is a "widespread heresy" that needs to be punished is outdated and meaningless. we shouldn't even give it a thought.

and "defend" jesus? . . why? that implies that he can't defend himself... his teachings are all laid out in the texts, they needs no defence or explanation or even manipulation because they are all there.

What would you want us to do? Sit by and let these people blaspheme JESUS, blaspheme MARY, blaspheme the angels. Jesus would despise people who just stand by and let them do that to him. What did Jesus do to the moneychangers in the temple? Did he say "oh you shouldnt be doing this pleas go away" NOOOO! He BEAT them out of the temple with whip! True there are times when you need to turn the other cheek, this is not one of those times, this is the time to stand up and defend Jesus.
