Mecalux builds one of the world's largest logistics platforms for HAYAT KIMYA

Mecalux has set in motion a new logistics platform for Hayat, a Turkish company headquartered in Izmit dedicated to the manufacture of chemical cleaning, sanitary and personal hygiene products and industry leader in the Turkish and Asian markets. The platform will have a warehousing capacity for 161,000 pallets, carry out 850 pallet movements per hour and be capable of moving out more than 500,000 pallets in a single month.

The addition's construction was divided into three phases: frame assembly, rack unit assembly and raising the rack into place (as shown here).
