oh man so here is the scoop! school has caused me to gain almost 30 lbs i dont effin know how or why maybe cause i ate like crap and worked out bi-weekly but since i have a triathlon coming up i thought it was as good a time as any to get back into shape! I'll post some killer workouts and exercises for those interested and i hope to get back to the 183 target weight while shooting these videos so u will probably see the transformation. the goal of the exercise is to swing your legs with control using the rectus abdominus and slowly bring it all the way up and finish off with a pseudo-inverted row/pullup...variations will be posted soon
