5 rating!

just south (railroad east) of CP HOLTWOOD. The slide is visible from the Norman Wood Bridge (Rt. 372). A big chunk of the mountian (all BIG rock, too) pretty much slid onto the tracks

Lucky catch, I need to get back up to PA for all this good power, I did get a CR Dash-8 today though.

Where exactly was it? I guess it was a pretty significant landslide if tracks have been blocked for almost 5 days now.

Well it ain't cleaned up totally. I'm not sure of the exact details, but I think they are going to be doing some blasting on the hillside this week. I think there is only one track open (there is a siding here, too). The trains I saw today were given a 10MPH speed restriction through the area.

Great video!
...I come out to the West Slope on the 7th to see SD80MAC's only to find out that two, one even being blue, would be leading a mainline train by my place and I wouldn't be able to see it! Outrageous! I was wondering why there were only like 8 MAC's in the South Fork pool.
I take it landslide is cleaned up.
