just an Fyi a 1 megaton nuclear device produces wide spread destruction within a radius of 4.5 miles, this aria wold include much of what makes the Rome a great city. i wold have to pout the nuke inside a evacuated and sealed shian mountain. it was built to take a small nuclear strike so I think it could contain the force not to mention the radiation

Have you ever lived in Britain? In fact, do you have any idea of the law system in any large or major country in the world? This sounds suspiciously like some sort of conspiracy teenagers are inclined to believe.
