!!!!!!!!!!! ~ Wow. I never knew who he was. But my friends growing up & skateboarding nicknamed me Neil Blender after him. I had no idea why. ~ I thought, "Such to be him, with a name like that." But calling me blender completely fit with my clumsy fun skating style. Grabbing onto the ice cream truck and riding behind it down the street before the movie "Gleaming the Cube" came out.
God Bless you for Putting this up. I never knew what a cool compliment I had.

True artistic style ,Blender was already a vert legend when he started skating street, and his effortless style, with creative tricks, really influced modern street skating. Neil reminded us all to not take skating so serously,have fun,make your friends laugh, and skate weird stuff.
