I spent some time in River's hometown and took photos of places he had been, and of things that reminded me of him. The streets were so empty without him, but it was comforting knowing that he was once among us. His presence was almost tangible.
The quotes at the beginning of the video are from a non-fiction piece by Robert von Stein Redick.
This is dedicated to all of River's fans.

Overall, the video was really nice, quite eerie. I liked at the end how the quote from stand by me "A long time ago, but only if you measure it in terms of years." was used :) RIP River

Oh my, the music was outstanding!
I go to Florida every 3 yrs, and I am going again in close to 2 yrs, I plan to go to Gainesville, I cannot wait! I wanna go to his bridge dedicated to him..
That must have been quite an eerie/emotional feeling to have been there, I know I get that feeling sometimes too, so I couldnt imagine being in the same places as him with that feeling. The pics were wonderful, almost chilling. & the quotes are so fitting. Really great video, Thanks for posting!!

Thanks! No, I just did my own research after reading about the places he had been. I lived all over Florida for several years, so I visited the Gainesville area a lot.
