LOVE EXILED chronicles the stories of four same-sex couples who immigrated to Canada where their relationships are fully recognized. Their dreams of returning home are still in the distant future. Until then, they live their love in exile.
This film was prompted by California's Proposition 8. It contains footage of the Vancouver protest when Prop 8 was upheld on May 26, 2009 by the Supreme Court.
