Iron Maiden (Astraeus Airlines) B757-2Q8 - Brisbane International Airport [BNE] - 25/02/2011

A short film depicting Iron Maiden's private Boeing 757-2Q8 (G-STRX) which is currently on charter from Astraeus Airlines. The aircraft is decorated in the bands 2011 tour logos and has been named 'Ed Force One'. The entire Iron Maiden band flew into Brisbane (BNE (YBBN)) from Sydney (SYD (YSSY)) on the 25th/02/2011. Iron Maiden is currently in Brisbane for the Sound Wave festival.

G-STRX was delivered to Canada 3000 Airlines on the 18/05/1992 and has been in service ever since, having a total of 8 different operators around the world the aircraft is currently registered to Astraeus Airlines and has been so since 22/12/2010. -STRX is powered by 2 x RR RB211-535 E4 engines and can carry up to 228 passengers.
