  • utilizza cavigliere,oppure elastici o il cavo basso alla poliercolna ,se ti alleni in palestra. In alternativa esegui l'esercizio su panca inclinata( leggermente).

  • mi dai un consiglio x sovraccaricare nel crunch inverso xché io metto il manubrio sopra le cavigli ma rischio ogni volta di tirarmelo in testa
