@joelvis65 karate kyokushin is know to be the strongest karate. but this is not easy to say. i pratice shotokan karate and we can say witch style is better than the other.
rules are not the same.
i think the best style of karate is YOUR favorite style. so try and pratice your favorite style :D

people sy kyokushin karate is the most dominant and deadly form of karate compared to shotokan, goju-ryu, wadu -ryu and other forms of karate..is this true? can some 1 update me?

My fighting style is very illusive I don't like to stand and trade in the pocket so much, so I am considering making Karate my stand up base for my MMA competition. Pretty bad ass if you ask me, it's so mental.

@reybatistafan I once heard on a video i believe the founder of kajukenbo saying that if a martial art does not work for you it's not the art to blame but the fighter. That's basically what you are saying but it's so true you can't blame your inability to defend on an art only you are capable of defending yourself the martial arts are only a tool an extension of your mind.

@efuhayes Well Karate originated from Kanbun Uechi who adopted Chinese style boxing which influenced jujitsu and became Karate itself. The three main stances he adopted in chinese boxing are tiger dragon crane which became the basics of Karate.

Hate the combination of commercials and karate....I dont need music and a "selling voice" to maintain my karatetraining...
