  • Agreed-but the security staff at the RAH are hot on digital cameras as opposed to phones with cameras. I'll be u/loading parts of the Clapton shows I've been filming at Manchester, Liverpool & RAH. See the difference.

  • Thanks for your comment. You may have noticed I was on the floor where the view is awful, as opposed to the rest of the uploads which were on the side, looking down. It was never meant to compete with anyone's video, just to add to the pool.

  • Anyone know if Joe and Eric are gonna be on DVD? I love both of them!!

  • I spoke to a camera man who was at the Albert Hall and he told me the whole show will be released officially. Don't know when, though!

  • Oh wow! That's awesome. I'm definitely gonna buy it whenever it comes out! If you find out when that is, could you please let me know?

  • If I hear anything (I don't belong to his fan club but I have a friend who does) I'll let you know.

  • Same boring comments, X is better than Y ,¡Enjoy the song!

  • Both Eric and Joe are great guitarists. Stop comparing them and just sit back and enjoy the music.

I have been listening to Eric since the John Mayall days and he is outstanding. Joe is also an excellent guitarist in his own right.

And like another here said, Joe has absolute respect for Eric!

  • Joe and the whole electric blues playing community - including Jimi Hendrix (listen to Red House) - owe an immense debt to Eric Clapton... Joe plays like a demon in the style of Bluesbreakers EC, but EC throws some stuff into the ring every now and then: "Try *this* on for size!" A pleasure to watch the form get new legs nearly 50 years after it was 'updated' by Clapton and his peers.

  • I like Bonamassa, he 's really great, but good old EC is always the absolute master when we're talking about straight blues improvisation.

  • this was not a concert for Eric Clapton to show off --That would have been in extremely bad taste - He was there for Joe. - The song itself doesn't lend itself to any great riffs .. I can write what I think of Clapton's playing but I think it's all been said/ --What does it prove anyway ? Everybody has their favorite!

  • Saw Joe Bonamassa live in Vicar Street Dublin last year......What a guitar player,,,,BRILLIANT
