I swear I watch freestyles 60% of the time just for the roll sections .. I wish people would scream and clap for drop ins, them sucker's hard I don't care what level someone is at, that can still be hard!

The number 4 in a country.
So the top 3 is going to the championship for sure, but when 1 falls out for some reason, the number 4 goes into competition.
Correct?

Yes, each country can only choose three athletes from each solo division to represent their country and compete at the World Championships. They many also send an alternate for each division in case one of the selected athletes is unable to compete.
