@toigun he is very drunk. sane and sober mind would have had help, and is aware he shouldn't drive in the first place. what good is a driver that is physically unable to stop the car?

I've been in a situation like this, but the drunk man was not as stoned as this one. I saw a drunk getting into his car, so I got into my car and parked it on his way saying: "You're not going anyhwere".
