Chris Goldstein - Testimony - PA HB 1393 Medical Marijuana Hearing

12/2/2009 The PA House Health and Human Services Committee held the historic first hearings on medical marijuana in the Commonwealth. Public testimony on HB 1393 The Barry Busch Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act was heard for over three hours. Two board members of The Philadelphia chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, and all board members of Pennsylvanians for Medical Marijuana, were in attendance and gave testimony on behalf of patients and the marijuana consumers of Pennsylvania.
