Who says maths is boring? This video looks pretty interesting to me!

OK, imagine a magnetic pendulum suspended above three magnets. The pendulum *would* just swing back and forth except that the magnets perturb its path. This video shows the effect graphically; for each pixel, launch a pendulum from that point in space, and colour the pixel according to where the pendulum currently is.

Note that this video represents roughly FIVE HOURS of computer time.
