Big displacement, combined with the lightest weight and smallest package size means strong, long-lasting performance on light and heavy hulls alike. The 150 maximizes your time on the water by making basic maintenance easy to do and quick to perform by you.

  • Ya by 12 pounds. Well more than that since the 150 Merc is a dry weight and excludes oil. But the Evinrude's displacement is 158.2 cubic inches. So 20 pounds more or 24.8 more cubic inches? But its nothing new. Look at the 300hp Suzy it has 4L of displacement. Same with Yami's 200hp - 350hp, 4.2L. They just did it with a smaller outboard.

  • I believe the Evinrude is lighter?
