http://www.madefittv.com - If all you can muster up in your daily schedule is 15 or 20 minutes of exercise, Tabata training may be your answer. Tabata is a form of quick and high-intense training developed in Tokyo. It requires you to perform a movement, like a squat, in perfect form as fast as you can in a 20 second set.

    2) I did Tabata this morning doing front barbell squats. I started out with a VERY light weight of 65 lbs, 2 sets in I realized that I needed to just use the bar (45 lbs). I never thought I could ever get a workout on squats with just 45 lbs, but when I finished my 8th set, I racked the bar and laid on the floor.
