Are you still satisfied with the router? I'm considering getting the same one.

THANKS!
I had been working with Mach3 software from artsoft.
I'm going to look into some other free software programs.
I'll get you more info on the hardware and send you a personal message.

but do you sell your signs, coasters, cup-holders and turbine parts... -- on ebay, craigslist or your own website or through existing customers ?
Thanks!

I got one of these a couple years ago too. I got it for producing some parts in my shop for my small business.
I never did get it working and I have yet to set it up.
I need to get it done and start using it. I was a little overwhelmed by the programing and use of the software.
I read and re-read the information but it looked like I would have to become a computer programer to make it work.
What software are you running it with?

I am using DeskCNC, which came with the machine. You don't need to be a programmer to use it. Send me a message with your hardware / software setup and I will help you get rolling.

yeah i bought a 500$ from ebay years ago thinking i could make things and ultimately make things that could be sold for $#$ - i have made ZERO $ since the purchase - maybe my ideas suck or my marketing is crap or my product was non-desireable..

Don't give up. Try making some personalized items like signs.
We are keeping our unit busy with signs, coasters, cup-holders, etc. in addition to the gear and turbine part making.

little pricey $2,500 + Wow thats high
I used to run a 2500 watt cnc laser programming in G code. I really would like to get my hands on one -- cute little thing __.

It is not that high for a 12 x 24 x 4 inch work area. Also, it is very solidly built (I can't kill it even though I have made a lot of mistakes).
