Nah, afraid it's not quite true - 'Heat', 'She's Gone' and 'Coming Home' plus b-sides are out there. As for what would have actually been on the album, no-one seems to know. I'd say half the album is available on the net at most.

I fail to see why they don't release it, there must have been serious legal matters bwetween the band & record company. It makes no sense not to release the tracks even in demo form
