  • I had a chance to buy a 1968 AMX 390 with Go-Pack with 362 miles on it for $1500 back in 1970. Nobody wanted to buy it. It was quite a scary car back then. I know. I had no trouble

putting it up the road sideways.....oh well....

  • I sold my 1968 Javelin years ago and regret it to this day.

  • I have a 1973 Javelin...Love it though giving me alotta problems at the moment :(

  • these cars are very rare in the us !!!

  • I would be running after it crying to see it go

  • AMC"S were very well built cars. I know people that had ramblers that got over 200,000 on them. unheard of from cars from the 60's

  • The Javelin is probably my 2nd favorite, AMX being first. I can relate for I had 2 used AMX's (real ones) in the '80's & sold 'em. Extra nice that it's in U.K. AMC's may not have been the best built cars, but within reason for the time.

  • Bernie, I hear your laugh :)
