There is so much mysticism surrounded by chi, even I practice it, I doubt half the claims made (ie. your web page claims of bending spoons.) Studying with masters in China and meeting with renowned doctors (like Dr. Klinghardt) who regularly practice and employ a sophisticated use of energy healing, it is a subtle energy, not something that bends objects and splits the clouds.

@therealdriftcore To "feel the effects" you must know how to use it , unless another person that knows how to project chi is doing it on you (Wich is incredibly rare due to moral ethical restrictions imposed by those holders of such determination) I would say that 99% of the time what happens is Mass hipnosys of those who claim to have control over chi.What you people seem not to understand someone that truly know this will NEVER do public demonstrations of any kind and wont tell anyone about it

@MrToastOmnomnom That is one of the ways in which chi can manifest, other ways include a magnetic pull or push, gentle to strong wind between your palms, and sometimes a faint but noticeable glow on the surface of your palms or fingers (this one is the most rare I've heard). There are some others but I can't think of them right now. Good job and keep trying, I wish you luck

@vipmodelss just because it takes a lifetime to develop the skills to use chi, doesn't mean that it takes that long just to feel the effects of chi, I've studied this since I was a little kid and all of my teachers, some of whom have been practicing for over 60 years, have all taught their students to feel chi which is usually accomplished on the first day for even brand new students. Just because you can't use something yet doesn't mean you can't observe it in its natural state.

That was amazing i tried to feel my own chi and i felt it, and when you started using your chi i felt it even more, like a barrier or a ball, i found it hard to put my hands together.

as soon as you stopped it left and my hands immediately touched, i had my eyes closed so i didn't even know when you stopped, simply amazing!
