  • hey mandoblues, how DO you control the breathing in between those notes! it's a lot of inhales. I can get the bending parts and the rest but i'm having major trouble breathing, thus I can't get the rhythm right!! any tips pleeease?

  • @smokeofsampoi ,Thanks for watching, its called circular breathing, what you do ,anytime you play, think ahead if its lots of draws, let as much air out of lungs, before u start,u will get it back when you start playing anyway.Works the same way with the blow notes,if its a tune where yu will do alot of blowing, take a deep breath before u start,u will eventually breath in again on the draw notes.Look up circular breathing on google for more info,,Always willing to help,Let me know how it went,

  • You got skills man! I heard piano man and bought a harmonica. That Billy Joel shit is easy compared to long train. Hope I get as good as you some day. Props!!!!!

  • @tBaggins415

Hey man, Thanks for the good words,You will get good, all it takes is lot and lots of practice, thats the way you start with simple harmonica tunes like Billy Joel,Bob Dylan,Neil Young etc.Thats called playing in "Straight Harp Position" once youre good at that you can move on to what is called "Cross Harp" thats when you really start bending the notes, shoot me a message if you ever need help,I 'll be glad to offer you some tips.MANDOBLUES

  • Hey good job! Technically, it is played in minor (Sometimes Dm) and the harp should be in 3rd position (C harp) or even 5th (Bb Harp).

  • nice job dude. I enjoyed that.

  • @tbox203

Well done - I have to agree with tbox203.

Thank you for your visit and comment, Mandoblues!
