If i'm not mistaken I do think that there are some Saturn emulators for the Dreamcast, but as I said, due to the way that the saturn was designed, and in turn the way the games had to be designed to work with multiple processors(the saturn had 3 I believe) compared to the Dreamcast's 1 processor that's many different processing jobs trying to take place on one processor and it just turns into a horrible mess. Saturn emulation is pretty shaky on computers even.
