I originally checked out your Portillo's video since i'm heading to chicago this weekend and gotta say it's awesome you film your food outings. Do you son and daughter venture out with you everytime you grab some good grub?

well, the places that i filmed are my favorite places; i don't normally film a whole lot of other places. i'm glad that you enjoyed the videos, but my "daughter" is actually my wife; she's 35, but as you've noticed, looks younger. :)

I just got back from Chicago and though didn't try Portillo's (Primarially since theres one here in So Cal) I did check out SuperDawgs & Hot Dougs. Hot Doug's was amazing.

i hope you had an awesome time in my hometown! i wish like crazy that portillo's was also down here in dallas. you can order it and have it shipped, of course, but they don't offer the chili dogs, which was my favorite. thanks for sayin hi!
