Trelleborg Sealing Solutions offers a broad range of sealing solutions for off-highway vehicles. A typical application example shown in detail is a sealing configuration for a bucket cylinder. This includes wear ring in HiMod® and Orkot®, static Zurcon® Dualseal and O-Ring, scraper Zurcon® DA24 Venting Version along with Zurcon® Buffer Seal, Zurcon® U-Cup RU9 and Zurcon® Glyd Ring® P as rod seals. Zurcon® Buffer Seal has back-pumping and pressure-relieving capabilities through radial channels. This ensures optimum performance under high pressure. The Zurcon® U-Cup RU9 has excellent extrusion resistance compared to standard U-Cups, making it suitable for wide hardware clearances. Zurcon® Scraper DA24 Venting Version has a pressure relief function that prevents system failure. Other off-highway applications include lift cylinders, arm cylinders, chain drives, steering cylinders and wheel hubs.
