Combat Tactics: Siege of Nordinbad - The Lord of the Rings: War in the North

Watch ranged attacks and Farin's War-cry distract a pair of armored trolls, protecting the vulnerable doors. Shooting an enemy with an arrow, bolt, or staff attack gets their attention, causing them to focus on you.

Upgrade Farin's War-cry skill to "Taunt," which can be used like a ranged attack to distract an enemy. Either tactic lets you call the shots in a tough fight. See warinthenorth.com for more information!

each time i try to do this mission, the dwarf and elf just start attacking something they should and when i try to get them to attack the trolls it's to late and the gate is smashed... any ideas on that?

And two trolls, hown can you in f*king name kill two trolls?

Kill one troll, kill the orcs and men. While you do this nothing happens to the other troll. Kill that one and... presto!

@Boothg333 Take Farina snjim play I did not beat the trolls through this system as they have shown but I attacked him first and the second one ... the point is that both the Jurassic and when trying to hit and hit one another .. and so will the end of Aiden e .. to fall after a much easier

PLEASE HELP - i am currently playing through on heroic difficulty and never upgraded any characters other than Eredan so they have useless starter equipment. The sappers have hurt the gate to the point that one clobber from the Olog-Hai and it crumbles, this makes it immensely difficult to succeed since i cannot restart the siege of Nordimbad and am always brought back here. Have you got any tips on how i could still defeat the two trolls? Thanks

Everything is just pewpew once you got the overpowered explosive shot from farin. I one shot trolls and 4 shot bosses... on legendary. The game just getting easier and easier as you level up. the difficult doesn't makes the make harder IMO.

@FlaggX the same things keeps happening to me too. and idk how to get around it. I have been stuck on this part for hours and i can get passed it because my Al-partners are too incompetent to attack the trolls with me, it really frustrating.

Tips of strategy I used during the 2nd time around after beating the game in normal: slot Elf stones in Andriel's staff and one handed sword during dual weilding that cause "Weapon skills cause slow 100%". This was especially helpful for me in beating Tharzog the second time around. Just slow him down and beat up on him while he takes 3X as long to attack you, then dodge away before it's too late. It really helps! He may not be able to freeze, but he can sure go into slow-mo mode!
