This is my windows 7 tutorial How to connect an Xbox 360 to internet through a PC (computer) Windows 7

1. After that pair The Xbox 360 with the PC via an ethernet cable.

2. Then Open up "Network Connections" (Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center - Change Adapter Settings).

3. Right click on the "Wireless Network Connection" and select "Status".

4. Click on 'Details'.

5. Check out the "IPv4 DNS Server", memorize / write down the address.

6. Go back to "Network Connections", right click on "Local Area Connection" and select "Properties".

7. Highlight "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click "Properties".

8. Select "Use the following IP address" and "Use the following DNS server addresses:".

9. Fill out the following:
IP Address: (leave blank)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: (leave blank)

Preferred DNS: (what you memorized in step 5)
Alternative DNS: (leave blank)

10. Go back to "Network Connections", right click on the "Wireless Network Connection" and select "Properties".

11. Under the tab "Sharing", tick "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection" and "Allow other network users to control or disable the shared Internet connection".

12. Now you should be able to connect to Xbox Live.
