@brookeamber1 I tend to have that problem too at times, Usually if I use a #30 blade underneath the Wahl Stainless Steel guidecombs that isnt really a problem for me. Or you can set the length with the guide comb and scissor over to remove some of the clipper marks. If I have a lot of time I usually like to hand scissor the legs after setting the length a blade longer than what i intend (i just do that to remove much of the length and then lightly scissor over to further define the shape)
What are the techniques with using clippers on the legs of porties? I always have trouble with the legs because they look choppy and show clipper marks! I really only have this problem with the wavy coat.
I agree with Linda, I almost always leave legs longer than on the body, I find it makes the dogs look much more balanced
