The Twins - These Violent Delights Audition

my audition for Sauda's role play
The characters are Alice and Eilonwy. Their personality is quite obvious they are kids, a little shy now considering what has happened.

The dark fae that switched the children isnt shown because if someone wants to take that part they can

Story:
We first see the girls in a forest as they tell their story for their pov then we flash back to what they dont know.....

A few years ago a kind and queen had two daughters, twins and everything was happy that is until one night while the babies slept when a dark fae suddenly appeared in the babies room after the celebration of their first birthday. The fae placed their own child in the crib next to the other princess and then left with the human child. A guard had seen the fae leaving with the baby and told the king and queen. The horrified parents now knew that one of their children had been replaced with a changling but they knew not what to do, so they sought out ways to tell which child was their own to no avail.... thus they could only do what they thought was right and abandoned the girls in the forest (by then they were 8-10) now alone the girls are confused and scared not knowing what to do..... one of them not knowing that the other is actually a creature and not their real sister.

for those that dont know:
A changeling is a creature found in Western European folklore and folk religion. It is typically described as being the offspring of a fairy, troll, elf or other legendary creature that has been secretly left in the place of a human child.

Beauty in human children and young women, particularly blond hair, attracted the fairies

Some changelings might forget they are not human and proceed to live a human life. Changelings which do not forget, however, may later return to their fairy family, possibly leaving the human family without warning

This is so beautiful and eerie. I love, love, love your flawless manips with this. Eilonwy and Alice, while not identical, make for totally believable twins. and since one is a changeling...and my Proteus is a fairy...;D they could be intertwined in storylines.

I noticed LOL it's kinda why I put the dark form of Rothbart in cause that was Proteus' form. who knows what relation the changeling child has to him XD it could even be his kid who knows

I always loved the stories and fables about changelings. They've always interested me, and I'm actually thrilled to see that someone's done this! The masking/chromakeying for the two girls were really well done as well.

thank you, I love faerie stories and myths so i knew about it and im like.... 'I wanna do something different' I new alot of people were going to do violent betrayal stories so I thought id try a more of a horror mystery feel

Oh wow what an interesting idea!! We don't know which one is the evil twin creature aww I feel sorry for both girls if you are a creature does that always mean your evil. So very interesante!

it depends on the fae that left the child usually. but how the child was treated and raised also affects it just like a human child

There's alot of references from Mirrormask which is AWESOME! Particluarly the black eyes at the end. I'm going to guess which one.

Judging by the footage, I'm going to guess Eilonwy is the Changling. Very interesting story!

I love this! When you think about it even though the changeling is not necessarily the "real sister" in terms of blood; who would you regard as your real sister? The being with whom you've grown, shared everything, and loved as your sister that happens to have no blood relation; or a stranger that you've never known, never loved, and (if they were raised in extremely different environments like I suspect) with whom you have little other than blood in common?

I can't wait to see what happens! =]
