He's got a good voice... unfortunately it's just a bad song choice for his voice. This song requires a more meatier voice type. More towards the dramatic style rather than his bright, lighter style.

He has a really good voice but I thought he seemed too happy and he enunciates everything just a little too much, almost like talking.

This is a very hard song to sing, and I think this performance was beautiful. The original is the original, so I think it's unfair to be comparing one with the other. A one take live performance it's another thing, and I think he is really good....

very sweet I found it weak I couldn't her anyemotion and the big cheesy smile rather unfitting considering he's singing about being locked away for all of his life i doubt it would give anyone a case of the jollies

He's really good, but it sounds too rhythmical to me. I think it should flow and connect more.

He's a little too smiley, and the song is supposed to be like... hm. Hopeful, dreamy-like. I think he has a beautiful voice, very Disney-like if you don't watch the video and just watch. But personally, I think it would have been more meaningful if there was more instrumentals in the background.
I love the emotions in his voice.
