Gary Gjertson and Sue Rondeau, Slumlords
I needed the sump pump replaced and other repairs done in the home I'm renting (for only 2 months at this point, signed one year lease, paid 1 year in full up front), and the landlord instructs the repairman to leave items unhooked and not to fix them because she will be taking them out of the home now.
The tenant/landlord relationship was fine up until the point that I needed repairs done. Now they are doing everything they can to make me leave. Including an eviction notice for pets that were approved in person just not recorded on paper. Then they say I'm not keeping the grass mowed enough and am violating some sub-division rule I'm unaware of, and that they won't tell me about.
When she was here she didn't even look at any other needed repairs, just ran through the place taking pictures of everything, saying she was going to come by EVERY WEEK to look at the house. All in an effort to make me move out. That is harassment, and it's against the law.
She came by again in less than 30 days in the next video, Landlord Harassment Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDcjtJmWuRI
