@jebemvamusername This is a ganga from Lukomir village on Bjelasnica Mountain, which is part of Dinara Mountain chain. It was part of the repertoire of KUD Bjelasnica from Pazaric in the early 1980-es. There is a difference in between ganga, becarac and songs called naricaljke, and yes all these songs could be performed by fimales as well.
@jebemvamusername this one's from Bijelasnica (from Lukovac if memory serves). Definitely ganga and not becarac etc. But, yeah, sure doesn't fall along "religious" lines.
@j3ich correct me if I'm wrong, but ganga is known to be a song sang by men, it usually contains just two lines, women sing so called "zetalacke pisme/pjesme" and those can be longer just like this one. I would call all of these forms simply dinarian traditional songs, because they come from the area of dinaric mountains, and go beyond borders of different countries (Croatia, B&H, Montenegro) and beyond the borders of different religions (chatolic, orthodox, islamic).
