This small engine will run on a temperature difference of 4°C between the top and bottom plates.

  • Do you ever have to lubricate these?

  • The flywheel has sealed ball bearings, they don't need to be lubricated.

    The pison is graphite which is self lubricating.

  • why not use the same idea to make the router a self propeled cooling system? the force could drive a fan! and it would only get power when it starts to heat up! the only thing would be how to get it started....

    how about using a thermostat, and something that would hold a rod from moving until the thermostat put enough pressure on the rod, then SNAP!! down, pussing on many little hooks on the flywheel driving the fan, like those little holders for cabinet doors only weaker!! then when the route
