I think what Len is trying to say is that he doesn't want to see the person he loves become "impure" because the person he knows and loves is the "pure" person now. So to keep her pure he decides to kill her and himself so they can be pure and love each other (and only each other) forever.

Hopefully I didn't confuse too many people with that =w=;; I can't express myself very clearyly sometimes, but that is what I interpreted from the song.

I think this song is about a boy (Len) who falls in love with a girl, she's beautiful and pure, whether they had sex or not is irrelevant. I think the term virgin is not used as 'never had sex' but more as 'never been with anyone but each other'. Basically the boy is afraid that she will no longer be a 'virgin' and fall in love with another, so he wants to end their lives while they are still together and so they will eternally love one another.
