And a little correction. The apocrypha were never in the biblical canon, the reason for this is simple. These books, though they come close, contradict several parts of the general scripture. During the creation of the Biblical Canon a piece of scripture was considered inspired by God if it was in accordance with the Torah which has been well kept over 1000s of years. Apocrypha were books that were considered close to this, but were deemed to have some corruption.

This is exactly the reason God made a commandment forbidding imagery of worship of idols.
Exodus 20:4-5: "4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;"

I will agree that some books that people claim to be apart of the Lost books of the bible are not scriptural. And are not in line with the Torah. But for the most part, from what i have read...the apocrypha is legit...

@NeonGen...I'm gonna have to disagree with u there bro. concerning the apocrypha. I have seen several older bibles with the apocrypha included. Example: the 1611 KJV has the apocrypha. Also, the bible itself references The book of Jasher, and The Book of Enoch. It is a known a fact that the RCC took out many books and put in what the they wanted to. Who gave them to authority to add to or take away from the MOST HIGHS word? But, that's just my opinion...thanks for watching the vids...
