I was listening to a story Fr. Groschel was telling about Solanus. They had a bee hive at the friary and he could reach into it with his bare arm and pull out the queen without looking inside. He would gently pet her with his hand and not be stung by the other bees. An even more awesome story is when he turned the lights on in church in the middle of the night and found Solanus praying in front of the Eucharist in complete ecstasy. An extraordinary man.

@thalovelyone89 Do you look at a picture to remember any of you family and reconnect with them, to bring up good memories, and to wish them well? This is the same thing, people, pictures and statuettes are a visual and physical helpers to re-connect. They are reminders. We can honour those who help us to reconnect. What could be wrong with this understanding?

As a Christian I have a problem with this. I do not doubt that miracles can happen, because God is almighty and all things are possible with God. The things that disturbs me are when people pray to other thing such as pictures, and statues. Those things are not GOD! there are objects(idols) yes a preach can help you pray for healing but the ONE who heals you is the LORD ONLY!!! God just uses that man as a vessel. That is all I have to say. Stop giving other people/things the credit!!!!

Understand that demons can assume the form of the dead, or an Angel of Light, or a woman, or a good looking man, The ones that seduce woman are incubuses and men succubus. We are told never to dabble in the occult. Solomon dabbled with the occult, and see what happened to him? I'm happy for these people that were cured, but by what I do not know. The whole thing could be a way to drum up business for these people and it could be demonic healing. Test the spirits always

Praying for others does have an effect. We are given power over the demons through the precious blood of Jesus Christ (Yau-shua in Hebrew) We have the power to bind the demons that are around an individual, and to loose the Holy Spirit of Truth in hopes that the individual will have a chance to be freed from the forces of the demonic. We can pray that Jesus helps others, and that others are freed from bondage, but that is not all we should do either, if we can physically help we should do that 2

Where in The Holy Bible does it say to pray to anyone, but The Lord? This is a story of pseudo-Christianity. While that man might have been a great man of the cloth. I would even hazard a wild guess that he would not advice that anyone pray to anyone but God All-Mighty. It's Idolatry, Necromancy, I see the pope hanging around with a Tibetan monk who also hung out with that Aum-shin-rickyo cult of death wackjob who sent men to unleash serine nerve gas in the Tokyo subway. I scratch my head.

The woman physician at 3:20 didn't seem to have that much faith in miracles as the patient had...maybe because she now wasn't going to get paid for that operation. Too bad. We are not in charge of everyday experiences.
