  • I show this regularly to my patients.

  • what this fails to explicitly state, and the actress of the partient half does, is that the spray is NOT pointed vertically upwards (despite the incorect phrasing in English of things being "up" our nose) but rather slightly pointed backwards. This combined with the head correctely being tipped forward should mean that the spray is directed to just above the ear, i.e. spray backwards through the nasal space.

  • do you push the spray deep inside your nose or just at the tip. Man hayfever sucks
