I Finally got this complete 777 in HO Scale, I did this one for a customer. The down side is that this was not a AC4400CW but a Dash9-44CW. Oh well...

  • Pretty Cool, I have The Canadian Pacific AC 4400 #9751 in HO which is one of the 767's from the movie (So its a scale model of the actual train that was painted as AWVR 767), and I am currently ordering a Wheeling and Lake Erie HO SD 40 which was the company that all of the SD 40's from the movie were borrowed

  • Cool. Who from, Athearn?

  • Would it matter if i remade the film (sort of) in ho scale with bnsf instead of awvr ac4400? Would it matter if I had rolling stock which wasnt awvr??

  • Not at all.

  • where did you get the transfers or logo's from for the loco

  • They are painted on.

  • @DansRailroad2011 Oh yeah, I don't really buy anything else, its good quality, for cheap pricing

  • NICE JOB

  • Correct and if it's an Athearn Blue Box kit then yes you will need to put the handrails on. However, I recommend you forget the included metal handrails and get a set of plastic handrails from Athearn as well.

  • Im thinking of getting an AC4400, this is the unstoppable train, right? Do you need to attach the hand rails yourself?
