@EpiDemic117 It's not just odor but also additives. The problem is that Shell makes their "cheap gas" example valves dirty by driving gas containing no additives at all. And that's not realistic because no legal gas station sells gas of such a low quality. So I tell you: Yes it cleans. No you probably don't really need that (on a day to day basis).

Shell and cheveron are full of shit. All gasolines sold here in California are the exact same quality and all comes out of three main refinerys. Shell, Mobil, or cheveron. So there is no "lower quality gasoline" They also have to meet thorough californias strict standards. The only real difference is a tiny odor that they implement inorder for someone to identify what company made it. So in the end of the day what shell and cheveron are really selling you is their brand image. Proof that its bul
