Thanks for this, I was looking for a way to cook acorn squash which didn't involve brown sugar and/or maple syrup. I will second the guy who said you should go to a primal diet to reduce your inflammation. And yes, you look sexy in the tee. :)

Yeah, ginger is the best kept seret for inflammation. It will BANISH headaches. Its actually got natural antiinflammatories that are quite potent.

Why did you throw the seeds away?? Thats the best part! Seriously, bake them with olive oil and salt, they're absolutely delicious. Better than pumpkin seeds

tastes about like a sweet potato. really good taste. im going to replay the video and listen to what she says about inflamation. Cherries i hear are good for inflamation. I bought them dried and they taste good.

OMG! too funny. Hope you did not get hurt! I don't use spray on this one, you can spray water and then your spices. Not so good cold. I absolutely freeze it and yes I warm in microwave!
