5's Week

285X5, 327.5X5, 370X7 (7 rep PR) Bar missing knurling in the center thus the use of athletic tape which believe it or not actually grips better than the knurl LOL.

Training now looks like this

Mon- Military/Pull Ups 5/3/1
Wed- Core/Calves/Neck
Fri-- Squat/Clean 5/3/1

Mon- Incline Bench/Row 5/3/1
Wed- Core/Calves/Neck
Fri-- DL 5/3/1

And trying new assistance stuff boring but big style will see how it works out.
