Having seen Pearl perform this song solo, I think I prefer that to this duet with the two of them. Still an amazing artist though. And have you seen his daughter - wow, she got the good genes in that family, must take after her mother. Extrodinarily hot, and a good singer to boot.

My very first idol.
Back in 1977, hearing and then seeing "Bat out of hell" performed on TV... the very first music video on the Icelandic National TV station "RUV"
I was captured for life.
It was something completely different, something never seen before. I was only 11 years old at the time, but it was the moment of truth for me. I had a small chat with Meat back in 1991 when I lived in Denmark and he came by to perform in Aarhus.. great performer.
The past is the future, in terms of quality.

I just saw him last night in Hollywood FL Hard Rock he is sooo awsome!!! He rocks and found out last night he is 63 years old and still going! He sang allll the good songs!!!

Yeah he started off in plays I believe, than after his go at Rocky Horror Picture Show he performed with Stoney for a Motown Record, than provided vocals on 5 songs for Ted Nugent's album Free For All when Derek St. Jones left for a short time. Not many know of this, just like not many know that Dio was a Doo Whop singer before he joined Elf
