@paulsaysboom It does come with abelton live if you buy a certain package, but you might be able to get the better performance if you buy the latest abelton live and then get launch pad. Ya know? Check in with abelton for the best compatibility.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
i bought a launchpad about 3 days ago, and i am really liking it so far.
however, i dont know how to assign fx and a drum rack to the launchpad. i am very new to ableton (i am using the novation ableton)

if someone could answer this and talk me through it, then it would be greatly appreciated

@plague1715 Yes thats why i bought the APC40...wich suits me more than the launchpad
