In Part One of this two-part lesson, I break down the notes, positions and mechanics of playing the verse, or "Spider Fingers" section of King Crimson's iconic tune, Three of A Perfect Pair. The version I'm detailing here is based on Adrian Belew's solo acoustic version he would sometimes perform live at King Crimson concerts on recent tours. Additionally, I put up a video about a month ago playing my own solo performance of the whole song in this style. Please Note: This is NOT a lesson for the original, studio version!

See Part Two for information about the Chorus and Bridge sections of the tune!

Please subscribe and 'like' if you enjoy quality informational/instructional/educational guitar and drum videos!
